In order to avoid problems, please double check your order details (size, color, style) carefully before you place the order, as our goods are processed according to requirements in your order. All placed orders are subjected under our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Defective, Damaged Or Mis-Shipped Items

For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items (the item shipped was not the item ordered), the issue must be reported within 3 days upon receiving shipment. Please provide credible pictures or videos to show the defect, damage or proof of mis-shipment during your return request. Once this has been verified, you can return the items with our authorization. Return shipping fees will be prepaid on your part, and reimbursed by us during refund upon presentation of the shipping receipt. (Note: Refunds for the return shipping fees are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

You will receive a replacement or full refund for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. For all other returns, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

 

Un-satisfied Items

Un-satisfied Item can not be return. We will send you pictures and videos once is finish and ready to ship for your review and approval. Then it is shipped. 

Sizes and Fitting

Before ordering a dress, please kindly make sure to give us the exact size measurement. If your not sure what is your size we recommend you to call us and we will help you via the phone on how to take your measurement correctly and for you to choose the correct size. The finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. Remember this is the closest size that best match with your measurements. If it differs , we cordially encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments.

Custom Size Order 

 

Considering the uniqueness of the product in the event of Custom Made, dresses following the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. But we attach an fabric in the seams of your dress, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor of which we won't cover the cost. Please note: if your order specifications differ too much from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

 

 

 

Stela Bride know that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking. Therefore, we accept the cancellation request of the order from our customers. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

 

1. Orders cancel within 24 hours is eligible for full price refund. 
2.  Orders cancel  within 7 days is eligible for partial  refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

3. After 7 days your order is not eligible for any refunds. Please kindly note that all of our dresses are newly tailored to order, and once the production process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.

 If you choose to Buy Now, you will pay the full price today, including taxes and shipping. Your dress will be shipped immediately. 

 

3- Month Payment Plan

 

If you choose the 3-month payment plan, you will pay a 50% deposit today, plus taxes and shipping.

 

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your contract, which must be signed. A payment plan will then be set up with 3 monthly payments. 

 

Your dress will not be shipped immediately. It will be shipped once your balance is $0.

 

Financing -  6 or 12 Months

 

If you choose 6 or 12- month financing, no payment is required at checkout. 

 

You will receive a call or email from one of our representatives to confirm you financing request and guide you through the application process. 

 

Financing is subject to credit approval.

If approved, your dress will be shipped immediately.
